Mikhail Vidyakin is the illusionist behind UJINN. Member of the Russian Association of Illusionists.
Mikhail's professional path formed at the intersection of theatre, choreography, directing, engineering and illusion — gradually merging into a single authorial approach that now underpins UJINN projects.
The joy of illusion is an uncommon moment a person experiences — a vivid impression. Illusion rarely exists on its own. You cannot simply go and buy it. You need an actor, a guide. And many other conditions. You need an artist who will part the curtain.
For Ujinn, illusion is not a set of tricks. It is a way to tell stories, create impressions and turn ideas into events that stay in memory.

The audience sees only the summit — the moment of wonder. And that is natural. But behind it lies multifaceted mastery.

Mikhail Vidyakin's creative practice extends far beyond private and corporate events.
For many years he has worked at the intersection of theatre, choreography and illusion. His experience was shaped not only on commissioned event stages, but above all in theatre productions and stage projects. Constant creative search and experiment.
Today he collaborates with several Moscow theatres as an actor, choreographer and movement director. He taught at STARS Academy of Film and Show Business (Yana Rudkovskaya), exploring stage movement, expressiveness and the nature of live contact with the audience. He has worked at the State Theatre of Nations and took part in Touchables — a production nominated for the Golden Mask national theatre award.
Over the years he has worked with artists, musicians, designers and television projects, including Philipp Kirkorov, Zhanna Friske, Ingrid Alberini, Valentin Yudashkin, Denis Maidanov and the band Diskoteka Avariya.
In 2007 he graduated from Far Eastern State Transport University as a power engineer — and by chance entered a remarkable creative environment. He trained at the Resonance contemporary dance studio under A.V. Krasnova, gaining a solid foundation in contemporary movement, stage dance and theatre.
His stage experience was shaped by years of practice in contemporary dance, hip-hop, breakdance, pantomime, clowning, acrobatics, acting and physical theatre.
Winner of Russian and international dance competitions, including at the All-Russian Student Spring festival and the global Juste Debout contest. Laureate of professional competitions as a performer and choreographer.
He founded the Level contemporary dance studio. Repeated winner at regional and Russian competitions. He created the original physical production When I Was Grown Up.
He continued his studies at Moscow State University of Culture and Arts in show production and producing, and at the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute (department of plastic expression for actors). He completed the acting course at Oleg Zhiritsky's school (P.M. Yershov method) and an acting course in the Michael Chekhov tradition (GITIS) with B.G. Baycher.
