Responding to your inquiry and organising UJINN events — to handle your request and prepare arrangements, including consent when you submit the form.

Until you consent, we do not load Yandex Metrika (including session recording and click maps).

If you accept, we use Yandex Metrika (Yandex LLC, Russia). The service may set cookies and collect aggregated visit statistics.

You can decline analytics via “Essential only” in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in the browser localStorage until cleared.

Inquiry data from the Site is transferred to and stored in the amoCRM system (amoCRM LLC, Russia) on the Operator's instructions to process your request.

The Site is hosted by SPRINTHOST.RU LLC (Russia).

With analytics consent, visit-related technical data is processed by Yandex LLC (Russia) via Yandex Metrika.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Inquiry and correspondence data — up to 3 years from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn, unless law requires otherwise.

Hosting technical logs — up to 30 days for security and diagnostics.

Analytics data is retained by Yandex under its policy; we do not maintain a separate long-term analytics database.

Under the laws of the Russian Federation, Meta Platforms Inc. has been designated an extremist organization; its activities are prohibited in Russia.

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent.
